My wife's computer recently came up with a registry error c0000218. I always back up the registry but could not get into it while installed in her computer so I got an enclosure to access the files. I have access to the files but when I start the merge I am unsure if it is going to put the files in my registry or hers. I tried checking by opening some programs that we share and it always opens on mine, I guess since the installation references drive c:. How can I make sure to move the files to what is now drive g:?
