Hi Some of the keyboards on My laptop are not working. Can any one help please

:unsure:All of a sudden, with no provocation from me, I am unable to copy and paste. I can copy but not paste. This happens in Word, Windows Mail, internet explorer, Firefox and anywhere else I have tried. I switched my mouse out to another one and still have the problem. Any Ideas out there?? I am running Windows 7 6 4

Four four months, Windows Live Mail in Win7 Ultimate 32 bits, behaved as expected. But now, I have to close it and open it a second time, because otherwise the bodies of emails are in the form of attachments. How can I restore normality ?
