  1. Having noticed that CCleaner (free) was not included in the list of installed programs in my Revo Uninstaller (free), I contacted Revo for the reason and got the following reply: "The most common reason to not see some programs in the list of installed programs of Revo Uninstaller Free is if you are using a 64-bit Windows version and the missing programs are installed as native 64-bit programs. The reason is that Revo Uninstaller Free doesn't fully support 64-bit systems yet. Revo Uninstaller Pro supports 64-bit versions of Windows and it has 30-day fully functional trial." Which leads me to the question I want to ask. I am running Windows 10 - does CCleaner (both free and Pro versions) install themselves as "native 64-bit programs" when downloaded on a Win 10 computer? I have seen a reference on the Piriform website somewhere to CCleaner being available in both 32 and 64-bit versions, but did not find an answer to my specific question. I'm trying to decide whether to go to paid versions of both CCleaner and Revo, but want to know as much as I can re how these two will interact (incidentally, I don't plan to use the registry cleaner). Thanks
  2. I run Opera 12.16. CCleaner will "analyze" , for instance, 101,190 kb, and 1.220 files, but "cleaner" removes 51,427kb, and 617 files. Consistently, it will remove only about half the internet cache files. Why is this, and can I do anything tp correct it? I posted the question on the forum and tried the only suggestion made, without success.

    Cache not cleaned

I notice that when I click on "analyze" the result will be often be a large number of files browser cache files of substantial size, but when I run the "cleaner", the result will show only about half of those numbers removed. Why is this? I run Opera 12.16.
  4. I have been using CCleaner for many moons and have just installed the latest release, which is supposed to contain a "Context Menu Manager". I have gone to Tools-Startup and find a tab marked "Context Menu" which contains a long list of programs. I have attached a copy of that screen. I guess I'm just dense, but I don't see how that is a "Context Menu Manager". What am I supposed to do with that information? I have saved it to a text file, which sure wasn't any help.
