Possible bug with larger drives?

I have the same problem. I'm using version 2.09, 64-bit. I have two interal 2GB drives. I have a 1TB external and small external drives and Defraggler works with all of them. I added a 3TB USB 3.0 external, but on it, Defraggler says "analysis failed", on both "analysis" and "defrag".
