  1. For a good understanding: Full rights acc.: OK, Restricted Acc.: Subsection Cleaner: OK, Subsection Isseus: Analyze makes a list, Backup-list before Fixing has contents, Fixing Reanalyze: same list reappearing, Backup-list has no contents I'll try your proposal, and report later on. Joseph
  2. Wenn I do the scan as Admin: List has no contents Wenn I do the scan, giving the restricted account full rights: List no contents I have to do the scan with this acc. with restricted rights, otherwise there is no list for this acc., but I can't change the rights only to fix.
  3. Successive Scans. Odd is that the back-up, from the first scan is full of items and after done the fixing, the back-up of a scan done immediatly after the previous is empty. However, with this second scan, Ccleaner showed the same list as the previous scan, but de back-up has no contents ??? And in the Register they are still there??? I ran the Prog Dial a Fix Light Version ( Sufficiant for XP Pro), But it didn't change anything. I have to do the scan with my account as an restricted user, because only with this account there is a list I can't fix. Full rights accounts do function normally. Can anyone help me out? Best regards, joseph
  4. I ran the prog as restricted user, but it doesn't fix the problem in any way. Is there another solution, or do I something wrong? joseph
  5. As an restricted user, CCl. shows a list of items of registerproblems, but one can not repair items in the registerproblems. That seems normal. With another account that has full rights, I can't do a search in the restricted account, and for his account all fundtions normally. Giving the restricted account full rights, and doing a search, CCl. don't find any items. The former restricted account, having full rights and run the program with the name of the User (having now full rights), it shows a large list of registerproblems (The same list as with his rectricted account) . Repairing the problems doesn't do anything, because after the repair, doing a new search, the same list reappears. The demand to open an Item in the register, finishes with a pop up " An Error has occurd, the program must be closed. I twice uninstalled Ccleaner, downloaded and installed twice a new one, but it made no difference. My PC freeses often (CPU 100%), and I can't find any Virus, just a few harless spyware. Delete the list is the last thing I can try, to be sure all is clear. Is there a method to solve my problem? Bst regards, Joseph
