  1. Thanks for the file location information. I dragged the StickyNotes.snt file to the recycle bin, set DOD 3-times overwriting deletion, and then ran Ccleaner. I assume that securely deleted my Sticky Note containing the classified info. I then recreated StickyNote.snt by typing "Sticky Note" into the Windows 7 Search feature in the Start menu. If I am mistaken and have not securely deleted my Sticky Note in question using the above described procedure, please post back and inform me.
  2. There are two kinds of computer Sticky Notes. One can be downloaded from CNET, and the other comes as part of Windows 7 from Microsoft, and has nothing to do with the one that is downloaded from CNET. My question pertains to Windows 7 Sticky Notes from Microsoft. Question: How do you get Piriform Ccleaner to securely erase deleted Windows 7 Sticky Notes?? Note: I have a Windows 7 Sticky Note that some highly classified information got typed into by mistake. Now I want to erase it with Ccleaner using Dept. of Defense 3 times overwriting, so that this classified information cannot be recovered from the hard drive by any means.
