no the website works but what is suggested does not

Hi i have a similar problem to newbie up there, i have done the returning to zero on CD cache, word worked instantly, hoever excel was still faulty, it shows up wth the following C:MSOCacheAllUsers90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\PA561410. CAB. what am i supposed to do now? i have tried various forums, and i have tried to go onto yours, with no avail, since it doesnt even load up!! many thanks Phil
