I am a faithful user of CCleaner. I have two little, not labor-intensive suggestions.
1) Browser cleanup: by default, Cookies and Session (or at least Session) should be unchecked. I just lost 20 open tabs, 4-5 of which were there to remind me of things I have to do... :-) Somehow it never happened to me before. I now learned but I think it's gentler to learn the other way.
2) Registry cleanup: it's an iterative process. Usually I run it 3 times because sometimes certain entries seem to make sense at the first pass. It would be nice to add a button that allows me to backup once and run three times, automatically fixing all issues. Or at least, a button that says "run and fix all issues without asking".
