Whoops, ignore that first bit! I think I'm just going to leave it now. The part that remains fragmented seems to be all system volume info which I know it won't do.

OK now it does! Basically I analyzed the drive and it came up as about 41% fragmented, but also it appeared to be in two seperate groups of blocks. The bottom half remained mostly fragmented after running it - also more space is being used. I would include a screenshot but it doesn't seem to want to let me do that. I just don't understand why it's split in two.
