endurance

i have the latest version of ccleaner here are my pc specs if needed: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/4rXkCfSIQZKjBiUYsoIciRn i start up my pc, run ccleaner registry cleaner & it finds the same items everytime, i always clean them but after i restart my pc up again, it will find them again... i thought when i click the "fixed selected issues" button & fix them all, it will clean & delete them why would they reappear again after pc restart? please help
