  1. I am not certain I've ever had a Heisenberg system. I thought processors worked at a speed determined by the clock crystal and I hadn't appreciated they are load sensitive. My interest has been piqued by this becasue if the processors only work at the quoted speed some of the time and only in certain circumstances then what exactly are we buying/being sold?
