Well, I appreciate all the attempts to help....tried most, but computer crashed three days ago....am waiting for it to be returned. Never did find out what happened...whether it was CCleaner or something else. :-(

I've tried downloading directly through those sites....they're where I get the "failed- javascript resource" error message. Javascript is enabled from my end...in IE and in FIrefox..... ???? Ann

I've tried through IE and through Firefox.....in both cases, javascript is enabled. ?????

Have tried numerous times to download CCleaner but each time get a "failed - javascript resource" error message. This is the only place I see that error. Help!
