  1. I got it. Rebooting the system "disables" the feature. I forgot to mention that i rebooted several times. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=38275
  2. Hello, I am a Professional user. After switching to Pro version i have enabled the "monitoring" feature. Actually i have the problem: in case the feature is enabled but unused (prompt me to clean on closing enabled, but no reaction of the user to the prompt every time), the feature will be disabled after certain amount of time. I wanna use the feature, so i configured it to be notified on browser closing. After enabling, i get the messages, but after certain amount of time i don't. The feature is disabled then, and i didn't do it. So i ask if some browser "disables" it after a while.! olexijl
  3. My fault. I was able to make some changes in Chrome preferences, so now monitoring works well.
  4. Hello, i am actually the new customer of the Professional version. The cleverbridge sent me link for downloading the "pro" version via email, but this link is time-limited. How i get the "pro" version as a file after the time-limit is over? The support says to use the link in the mail, but it is limited. So if i wanna download the file next year? Where to download? olexijl
  5. Hello, I am the new Professional user of CCleaner. Actually, my Google Chrome installation is detected and can be cleaned if using normal "Cleaner" button feature. However: new monitoring feature does not work with Chrome at all. IE works - confirmed. Firefox works - confirmed, Chrome - fail. Please fix that. Besides: fix the languages for the new features introduced. The new features are not translated.
  6. Hi guys, Default configuration, no enhancer running etc. Updated to current version, which should determine Winamp too and clean it. However, even if Winamp is installed, it cannot determine it proper and clean it. Sometimes it work, sometimes not. I use Winamp every day, the temporary files are there, but if running CCleaner, it cannot "see" them. 1. Running Winamp, close it. 2. CCleaner running, no application Winamp detected. So no cleaning. Please fix that, would be great. olexijl
