thank's for the quick response i looked into what you provided and everything is ok. thank's again i'll be leaving this post now.

ccleaner removes everything except this. follow this. tap on start > my name > appdata> roaming > macromedia > flash player> macromedia > support > flashplayer> sys > settings.sol . when i tap on settings.sol i get websites i visted. why aren't these files being deleted. i went to options in ccleaner tap on include and in the window added c:\users\name\appdata\roaming\macromedia . any thoughts on why this folder's not deleteing ?
