What is an "open with application issue" in the registry cleaner? I have on my computer the application EXE file and use this program. If I clean the registry item as suggested, will the program still run without problems? The Cleaner suggests that the issue is due to some program previosly removed. But that doesn't seem to be the case for my program. I have many of these type entries.
