I tried this (twice) with help from Norton Symantic. It did not work. Now my Norton subscription is due for renewal. How can I get my pc back to how it should be?

I have recently encountered difficulties with the removal of DLL files from the registry, which has meant that I cannot now backup data through Norton and connot use a second email account of the same pc. the missing DLL files seem to be: wbemcomn.dll provthrd.dll framedyn.dll there may be others, but Norton says these are definately needed. I have tried to reinstall from the CCleaner regisrty backup files but this does not work either. Can anyone help with this issue please?
