A relative deleted all pictures from a SD disk and we tried to use Recuva to recover the files. The files are on an SD card on a Canon camera and Windows can see the Camera memory through a USB cord. The computer is running Windows Vista SP2.
When recuva is run, it gives options to work on the 2 partitions of the hard drive and the removable storage drives (CD and DVD) but it does not give an option to recover from the "portable devices" area where the USB connected camera files are located. How can the files form the SD card be recovered?
