FlexiPack

Hi, I ran CCleaner and afterwards some of my icons were missing. They were all adobe icons, most of them were shortcuts in the start menu which were easily fixed by renewing the shortcut. One program however (adobe help.exe) had lost it's icon altogether (fixed by program update). I read that some programs (inc adobe) store there icon associations in the C:\Windows\Installer folder. Does CCleaner clean out this folder with the default settings? If so, how can I stop it? thanks.
