  1. WebAtom's and ident's posts contradict one another, and thus confuse to me. If I add AVG to the 'ignore' list, what do I lose (in terms of clean-up) and what do I gain in terms of completeness?

For the first time ever since I've used it (a great utility, by the way, despite what trolls might say,) CC has got caught up on the following file: avg [anti-virus]\ ... \ backup \ incavi.avm always at 89% of the cleaning process. Do others have the same issue? ....................................................
