I am also having this issue with version 5.0.1.5075 on 64-bit clean install of Windows 7 Pro SP1.

I want to keep a few of my Firefox cookies for sites that I log into frequently. When I go to the Options tab and click on Cookies, there are NO Firefox cookies listed at all. I have verified that the cookies do indeed exist from within Firefox. I am using version 2.36.1233, but this has been happening for quite some time. Since Firefox is my primary browser, this is quite annoying.
