  1. Hi everyone! I have recently re-built myself a new computer to keep up with the latest trends in gaming etc. I installed Windows 7 to take advantage of a stable operating system good for everything i needed it for. Upon browsing the microsoft website and coming across gadgets that can be downloaded and installed to monitor CPU Loads, RAM loads etc etc. I downloaded one that i was extremely happy with for monitoring CPU usage. It gives me all the info i need except the CPU temperature. There are apps out the that give me this info but i need to install stand alone software first and the sidebar gadget is just an addon that cant be run alone. I have Speccy to start when Windows does because i love having it open on my second monitor so i can keep up to date with what my computer is doing. But now i have got some CPU monitoring apps and GPU monitoring apps the only real need for Speccy is to monitor the temperatures. Would it be possible for Speccy to be turned into a sidebar Gadget app for Vista/7? Would there be much interest or is it something that would be of value to only a select few people? As you can see from the print screen of my destop having Speccy open alongside the sidebar gadgets just doesnt work.
