i tried a converter

the video is in a *.3pg format and wont play on my phone so i tried to convert it but it says media cannot be found for this video. help ??

yeah all the pictures come up and i select them but it doesnt pass 0% when you click recover

im having problems recovering pictures from sd card , i select the pictures i want to recover it then says : current progress: 0%, 0 files recovered calculating time left .... i then have to force the program to close using task manager. the pictures are really important is there anyway i can stop recuva crashing ?? please help me
