  1. I take care of computers that have multiple users. When I use CCleaner as an admin it does fine but it really does not clean the other users. I have some questions about this feature: 1 - Are there plans to upgrade the software to be able to clean all users via the admin account? 2 - How can you clean all users when you do not know their passwords and can get on their account? 3 - If you can eventually clean all users from the admin account you will need to be able to "merge" if something goes wrong on one of the users' accounts and you need to undo registry changes. I am beginning to question using CCleaner for the type of computer maintenance I do. Any suggestions? Thank you. Herbism
  2. I am a newbie with this software. I have installed it and ran it with no problems. I have a shortcut in the quicktask bar but when I go to START, ALL PROGRAMS, I can not find CCleaner. Where is it? Thank you for any advice.
