I've been using CCleaner for quite some time and have numerous boxes checked under Windows and Applications -- but I have no idea whether they were default selections or whether at some point I changed my personal defaults. I would welcome suggestions as to exactly what I should be "cleaning"...or perhaps not cleaning! Thanks in advance.

Lately (i.e., new problem) after I run CCleaner, Firefox won't open for some time...and then will finally open. What do I need to do so this won't happen? Thanks in advance.
