The floppy drive and controllers have been enabled.
The machine boots very well and runs smoothly.
The Runtime Error! is still occurring.

I am a fan of White on Black. However, Speccy is actually White on Grey. The Grey background is what makes it a little hard to read some colours.
Perhaps have 2 scheme version for those who wants Classic Speccy and those who wants the Modern Speccy.

Tested with 1.03.162
During Hard Drives Analyzing... Speccy is terminated with a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error - Runtime Error!
Nothing more is explained.
There is two HDD installed, both configured as Master on both IDE controller.
Primary Master
MAKE: Western Digital CAVIER
MODEL: WD102AA
CAPACITY: 9.782/10.2 GB
FILE TYPE: NTFS
Secondary Master
MAKE: FUJITSU
MODEL: MPD3108AT
CAPACITY: 10.0 GB
FILE TYPE: FAT32
The Floppy Drive is disconnected and is disabled in the BIOS. Perhaps the issue is due to the Floppy Drive not responding.
Following is portion of Speccy results that I was able to copy and paste.

I just got Speccy DLed to my HP laptop just now. This laptop is my only computer, so I have no basis of comparison.
But the temperatures displayed are in Celsius ©. According to Speccy, my CPU is at 89 degrees Celsius, which is almost 200 degrees Fahrenheit!!!
Can this be correct? And if so, is that normal? 200 degrees F cannot be good for anything electronic, so I have to assume it is actually 89 degrees F, and the C symbol is a mistake?
Is my computer about to melt into a pool of molten plastic and metal and silicon? Or am I crazy?
You are not crazy. The temperature readings are Incorrect. It states that my HDD is 216 degree Celsius. To the touch, it is maybe 32 degree Celsius. Otherwise, my whole machine would have melted by now or at least shutdown due to disk failure.
