I haven't changed any setting of cleaner. I'm using since years cleaner with XP and never had such a problem. HELP!!!

I've just installed W7 and I realize that anytime I use Cclear all restore points are deleted. This is a big problem!! Any suggestion about to avoid this problem?? Many thanks
