Het Guys, i have 2 500GB drives in a raid 1, i just want to know if it is safe to defrag the drives and if defraggler and defrag raid 1 drives

a idea that may or may not help: for the files you use the most move towards the center of the disc, i thought it can reach files faster near the center of the disc and improve read/write times

something i find very funny is that my fragmentation status is at 139%,attached is the screen shot

i have a idea on 2 items that may be useful 1: defrag till there is no red left(cause i hate seeing red) 2: with the shutdown option, can it be added that after a time(6pm) it automaticly selects shutdown?
