Even if the files are secure deleted with another program the folders and files could be seen and recovered although the content can't be seen?

Could it be possible to have deleted all the folders of a user in Documents&Settings such as My documents, Data programs.. and so on with a lot of files inside and don't find any sing of this files with recuva? Thanks a lot!

Dear friends, If I delete some files form a disk and the clone it to another disk, could recuva recover the delete files form the cloned disk? Thanks a lot! Kutxu
