I'm getting this error : "The device is not ready" when I mark files I want recovered and try to save them to a directory. I'm saving the files to my main C drive and recovering from an external backup drive. I don't understand why I should be getting this error. What am I doing a wrong? Thanks for any help. I'm new at with Recuva and its probably a simple error.
