I have downloaded Defraggler at least three times, thinking my problem would go away but it did not. I cannot defeag because I keep getting anlaysis failed and building file list failed. Also, as I understand it donations are accepted but otherwise it is free. I did not want to donate until I was sure that this is what I wanted and then I would be more than happy to donate.

I downloaded Defraggler and cannot run because I get error message building file list failed. I have Defraggler on my desktop and when I click on it, I get....Degraggler is already running. I am sorry if this is not the place to ask this question but I can't find anyone else with this problem. There is one small other thing. This was touted as being free but I repeatedly get a page asking for donation when I download it. I would prefer not to donate until I see if a download is going to work and if I can get it downloaded, atually.
