old karapper

Hi there, I am a new user of this site and CCleaner. Since running CCleaner for the first time I have lost access to the internet through IE and Firefox. This also coincided with the install of McAfee and my problem may be associated to that program as I have access to the net without McAfee running. Has anyone run into this before? Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks
