Thanks CCleaner seems to get stuck on History. The file that seems to be the 'sticking point' is c:\users\david\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\history\low\history.IE5\MSHistory0120091228200091229\index.dat This is where it sticks each time. Any further ideas? Billers

Hi Never had a problem wih CCCLeaner before but now it starts sticking at 4% - nothing happens after that. Im on Vista Home Premium Any ideas? Billers
