Thanks for your help ... I appreciate it ... I will say, though, that when I had Norton my SpyBot seemed to conflict with it ... I received free McAfee and "ass"umed I might have the same problem so uninstalled Spybot ... thanks again for the good tip ...

Thank you for your help ... will give CCleaner a try ... I used to have SpyBot, however uninstalled it when I got McAfee ... how do you compare CCleaner to SpyBot ... last question, I promise ... thanks

I have not as yet downloaded Ccleaner ... before I do I wanted to know if it is compatable with McAfee Security Center? ... Thanks
