  1. Still trying to find out why the CCCLeaner isn't showing the "Restore points" where it used to do so. I am running WinXP w/SP3, with 2.75 mem and using the latest CCLeaner. All previous editions showed multiple copies...this one does nothing. Anybody have any ideas? dvan
  2. Right on that site... that is one with which I am familiar, however I was hoping to use the CCleaner to eliminate only certain amount of the files that are there. I really have like having about 10 or so files available, because I am not on the system everyday, but my computer stays on. Anyway, it looks like I will have to do something like that to eliminate all of them except the latest one. Thank you for your assistance. I dunno why the CC isn't finding the files. dvan
  3. Yes I have used the CC in the past to eliminate some of the files. However at this point it evidently isn't finding any to remove, although there are many there. Thank you for trying to help, I just am not able to use the program at the present. I am guessing it is just since the latest update, but I don't know. I will just keep trying to find other ways to eliminate those old "restore files". Right now they are just cluttering up my computer. dvan
  4. re above: reinstalled latest cccleaner, downloaded this am..did complete reboot,etc.. operating on Win XP.. 2.75g memory, when I went to the clean - restore spot.. it looked like it was going to start, but didn't find anything (?) just a blank page. I was going to delete many "restore files" obviously now can't. Came here, and saw others with same problem I thought, but no answer could I find. I hope you are able to help. Thanks.... maybe I am just too old to be trying to stay up with things. (74yrs) dvan
