Problem with fixing Babylon toolbar helper

I am not sure if I have installed this toolbar. But CCleaner finds this registry entry. avast! Antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware don't detect it on my computer. -

Hello, How can I know if defragmentation is necessary or not on my disk ? After analyze there is not any message. Regards,
