I ran defragler on my laptop which runs Vista the first time against my C drive and it works OK. However when I ran it against my D drive (mostly photos including Raw cr2 files) it never finishes and eventually hangs the computer. I had to shut down physically with the boot button and then reboot. It also turned off my Norton Internet Security Firewall. It seems I am also not the first one with problems on Vista. Seems to work OK on my XP desktop. I am still checking to see if there are any other problems left behind.
