Hey, me and my bro on this pc have an account each, both admins, what i would like to know is that i have the new windows live messenger and that i dont want it to be installed on his account aswell which it already does.. is there a way to stop programs i install on my acc. onto his?

what would happen if i do delete this file..

My pc has 2 hard drives and they both have 'program files' folder on both but it wont let me remove it from one of the drives it comes up with a error saying that avshelltxt.dll is being used but it dont show it on taskmanager and when i try in safe mode it ays the same any programs that can delete these files or any program that can end the processes that are hiden? thanks:) Edit: also is there a way to move everything off the drive windows was installed on to the other hard drive?
