ccleaner dont clean last files office 2016 (msoffice 365), its a bug ?

I delete all the files belonging to flash in windows, system.....etc, at this time flash not appear in controlpanel Hope i dont mess system but is obvious somthing left behind!!?

Flash is full uninstalled

Windows 10 and i dont have chrome

I full uninstall flash player but it still appear on ccleaner howto solve it ?
