I just installed CCleaner and now in some apps my right click button wont work. Why and how can I fix it?

I have just installed CCleaner on my computer and my wife's. Now we are both having intermittent problems where our right click on our mouse seems to go inactive. If we restart the computer it seems to work again for a while but then will just quit working. This is on both computers. Any suggestions ???
