The second program THS has been running for an hour now and the screen is still just the background, why and is it even working?

I ran the program( analyzed it then cleaned it and nothing changed) the Internet still is messed up, the virus still causes the computer to freeze and random pop-ups as usuall with this virus and the virus is old as well. There hasn't been any change, can u tell me why or what to do???
