... and I've found out that it works for me IF I'm signed in as Administrator. For security reasons I sign in as ordinary user and only user Admin if I need to.

I'm having a similar problem. System restore screen is blank I've checked via Windows and they are there, I've even manaully created one with Windows and it doesn'y show in CCleaner System Restore screen. Only difference is that it doesn't stop responding when I click on the System restore botton. I'm running Vista Home Premium
