  1. No, it was upgraded from Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium to Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate. It was an accidental thing on their part.
  2. I recently had my laptop accidentally wiped during on OS install and ran Recuva in the hopes of getting some of my files back. I ran a deep scan for pictures and had a good number of items found. Many were even visible when choosing which items to recover. However, after I tried to recover them, each item came back failed saying that "Access is denied" as the reason for it not working. Would anyone know how to fix this problem?
  3. I actually had a similar situation occur with massive amounts of space seeming to randomly appear. Just like davey said though, I also noticed my system restore points being deleted. I had no idea they took up that much space.
