CCleaner works, but it takes more than 10 minutes to start. Started it from the file explorer and from start menu shortcut

I see no window and no CCleaner icon in the info tray.

Hi, when I try to run CCleaner I can see the process in the task manager consuming 4 MB of RAM, but I don't see a CCleaner window. This happens at least since version 2.12. The OS is Windows XP SP 3. It works on another machine with same OS and same CCleaner version. Uninstalling and reinstalling hasn't helped.
