Hi I am encountering a similar problem, although programme has scanned and repaired registry, when I ask for it to scan folders/history etc it starts for 5 seconds and then closes down completely. I run this programme on another of the user accounts with no error what so ever and it has made a great difference to the sapped of my PC so I don't understand why this is happening. HELP/ADVICE needed a.s.a.p. Saxon 007
