PC will boot in SAFE MODE. CC works then. Restarted - CC no go.

Those files were installed. Still no luck.

Did not work. No change. I keep noticing references to "... Runtime Files" (plural). I only got 1 file - vbrun60sp6.exe.

Tried to install on a WIN98 desktop. Tried several restarts and reinstalls. No error messages - just sits there like a knot on a log. Latest rev d/l'ed today (8/26). Any help???
