  1. I believe I am right in saying that CCleaner is compatable with a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system. But I have discovered that there are two sets of Program Files in windows 7 64 bit systems, one for 64 bit and one for 32 bit systems. Does anyone know in which set of program files should I install CCleaner, or does it not matter.
  2. Davey Thank you so much for this information. It was so easy to do and I will follow up on the other links you gave as I am willing to learn as much as I can as I don't like to be totally dependent on others all the time. The forums are wonderful places and the help folks like you give is much appreciated. Thanks again
  3. Thank you for your answer, however I'm not exactly sure how to go about signing in as the other account. The only way I know to do that is to 'log on' to the other account and when I do that I don't have access to CCleaner on that account. Could you please walk me through it! As far as the Runas suggestion goes - I don't have a clue about that - I'm afraid my level of expertise on computers does not go that far. Sorry!
  4. Please forgive me if this question has been answered before. I have searched but not found an answer. What I want to know is this - I have CCleaner (which by the way I am very pleased with) on my PC but it only seems to work on my account. There is one other account on my PC, how can I get CCleaner to work on it too or do I have to have CCleaner downloaded for each individual account?
