well i fixed it. maybe be help to someone else. i right click up top on taskbar on IE i seen where it said yahoo toolbar. i unchecked it. went away. didn't care for it be installed on my pc in the first place.

new update installed the yahoo toolbar. went to add and remove programs. and it was not there to remove. how get rid of yahoo toolbar. it on my IE. not my firefox browser
