Just started hanging on Internet explorer in Windows 10.. Running the latest version if CC Pro.. Have to use task manager to cancel.. I cleared the check mark for IE history but the problem persists

Every time I run ccleaner it removes Octoshape add on from my system.. this adobe flash addon is used by CNN to play LIVE video.. Easily replicated problem. I have bypassed the problem by unchecking Adobe Flash player from ccleaner.
