I am getting tired or spending money on these products that were suppose to do a certain job, that comes highly recommended but yet fails to do its job.
I have a piece of Spyware/Adware on the computer that I am trying to remove and this product can see those parts of the computer to get that out. BUT it completely missed the files and pretended they didn't exist.
The only product that actually saw it was AdwareAlert but it never removed it.
I am frustrated and would like my money back. I am going to have to wipe the PC and redo it and i was only spending the money so i wouldn't have to waste me time wiping the system. its a shame that there isn't a customer service department that i could talk to.
But i have attached the files that keep repopulating themselves no matter how hard i try to remove, disable, hide, whatever. I am experienced in working on this.
But its a shame a company isn't living up to its product. And how come once you finish running a scan and you run a second one right after, it finds things that it "missed" the first time around even though you have done nothing on the PC for it to do anything.
A Good product that you paying enough for should do it all in one fail swoop instead of paying for it to do parts, and a company with the same product takes care of what it missed.
