Alan, thanks much for your reply and recomendations. I am using Vista Premium for an operating system, and CA provides adware/antivirus/firewall protection. My browser is MS internet explorer. My email is through MS Outlook from MS Office 2003. Also, I am the administrator of the computer. I like the CCleaner, but this issue is a big trade off for the program. Thanks again, hopefully I will get through this issue.

Since loading CCleaner, I get a message that states "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." This message appears when I try to open a link from an email message in MS Outlook. I have office 2003 and I am the administrator. Thanks for any help you can give.
